1 The autoclave is steel horizontal tube-type device, the autoclave lid is pressed by the whole block 16MnR steel, the flange of autoclave body and autoclave lid is used the 16Mn steel in the whole forging processing. The weld parts have been heat treatment and strict nondestructive testing in accordance with relevant standards.
2. Autoclave door is activity Open structure by hand-reducer. The clients can also choice the electric, pneumatic, hydraulic style to open and close.
Equipped with a perfect safety interlock protection device to maximum avoid mistake operation, and to ensure the safe operation of the autoclave and operator safety production.
The autoclave door has two types for the user to choose : 1. Side open 2. Up Open. Side open style adopts Rotating arm side open door structure, rotating flexible, low place operating , easy to operate . Up Open style adopts leveraged open door structure, the lower end of leverage connect with the autoclave door , the upper end equipped lift equipment, this type is portable to open, and small space in the autoclave side.
3. The autoclave door seal is imported rubber seals by professional manufacturers , simple installation, good sealing and long service life.
The autoclave body bearing has equipped the three style of fixed bearing, move bearing and end special bearing in different parts. It is best to be suitable for the thermal expansion and contraction of autoclave, to ensure the normal work of the autoclave and useful life.
4. The autoclave has a safety valve, pressure gauge, temperature measurement devices, inlet and exhaust valves, sealing ball valves, steam traps and other necessary valves and instrumentation, and equipped with decontamination tank for the user optional.
