Reactor classification

According to the manufacturing structure of the reactor, it can be divided into three types: open-type flat-lid reactor, open-type butt welding flange-type reactor and closed-type reactor. Each structure has its scope of application and advantages and disadvantages. The reactor can have the following types according to material and purpose:

Stainless steel reactor

 

The stainless steel reaction kettle is composed of a kettle body, a kettle cover, a jacket, a stirrer, a transmission device, a shaft sealing device, and a support. The materials generally include carbon-manganese steel, stainless steel, zirconium, nickel-based (Hastelloy, Monel) alloys and other composite materials.

The stirring form of stainless steel reactor generally has anchor type, paddle type, turbine type, propeller type or frame type, etc. When the height of the stirring device is relatively large, multi-layer stirring blades can be used, or it can be arbitrarily selected according to user requirements.

The different sealing types of stainless steel reactor can be divided into: packing seal, mechanical seal and magnetic seal. Heating methods include electric heating, hot water heating, heat-conducting oil circulation heating, outer (inner) coil heating, etc. The cooling method is jacket cooling and kettle inner coil cooling.

 

Glass-lined reactor

The glass-lined reactor is a composite product made by lining glass containing high silica on the inner surface of a steel container, which is burnt at high temperature and firmly adhered to the metal surface. Therefore, the glass-lined reactor has the dual advantages of glass stability and metal strength, and is an excellent corrosion-resistant equipment.

 

Magnetic stirring reactor

The static seal structure is adopted, and the magnetic coupling is used between the stirrer and the motor transmission. Due to its non-contact transmission torque, the static seal replaces the dynamic seal, which can completely solve the previous leakage problem that cannot be solved by the mechanical seal and the packing seal, so that the entire medium Each stirring component is completely sealed to work, so it is more suitable for various inflammable, explosive, highly toxic, precious media and other chemical media with strong penetrating power to react.
