Grounding protection: When the boiler shell is electrified, the leakage current is led to the earth through the grounding wire to ensure personal safety. Generally, the protective grounding wire should be well connected with the earth. Angle irons and steel pipes buried in the ground are commonly used as grounding bodies, and the grounding resistance should not be greater than 4Ω.
Steam overpressure protection: When the boiler steam pressure exceeds the set upper limit pressure, the safety valve is activated to release steam to reduce the pressure.
Overcurrent protection: When the boiler is overloaded (the voltage is too high), the leakage circuit breaker will automatically open.
Power supply protection: Reliable power-off protection is carried out after detecting over-voltage, under-voltage, and fault conditions with the help of advanced electronic circuits.
The boiler can run continuously or work regularly, without special personnel on duty. Normally, the operator only needs to press the “start” button to turn on and press the “stop” button to stop it, which is very simple.
In order to use electric power scientifically and rationally, the electric power is divided into several sections, and the controller automatically turns on and cuts off the number of heating rod groups. Users can also manually determine the heating power according to actual needs and press the corresponding switching switch. The boiler will adjust the electric load according to the change of the temperature difference load to ensure the balance of power and load. The heating tube is switched on and off step by step, which reduces the impact of the boiler on the power grid during operation.
