Steam Boiler Work Process

work process

The working process of a steam boiler should have the following procedures. Each process requires care and patience. The raw water enters the separator and the evaporator tube through the feed pump (the two are connected), and the liquid level is determined by the liquid The position sensor is connected to the PLC for control, and the industrial steam enters the shell side of the evaporator to heat the raw water in the tube side to the evaporation temperature, and the raw water is converted into steam. This steam separates the small droplets back to the raw water by gravity during the low speed and the height stroke of the separator, and re-evaporates. The steam becomes pure steam and enters the separator after passing through a specially designed clean wire mesh device. The pure steam enters each distribution system and point of use through the output pipeline.

There are too many forms of steam boilers, here is an ordinary quick-installed 4 ton steam boiler. Water becomes steam when heated in the drum, and the fire emits heat in the furnace, which is the principle of a steam boiler. If you want to talk about boilers, you have to say “pot” first. This kind of boiler is a drum-type boiler with a water-cooled wall. Two return pyrotechnic tubes are arranged in the left and right sections of the drum, and the front smoke box at the front of the drum is folded back. Between the drum and the lower connecting box, there are a downcomer and a water-cooled pipe, which constitute the frame of the combustion chamber. There is a steam-water separator on the upper part of the drum to reduce the water carried by the steam. The heating surface of the pot body is the lower part of the pot, the water-cooled pipe and the pyrotechnic pipe. The combustion part is composed of a chain grate and a driving device, plus a combustion chamber formed by the pot frame on the grate frame. Surrounded by refractory materials. The coal comes in from a coal hopper, and a coal gate controls the thickness of the coal seam while sealing the front air. The lower part of the combustion chamber is where the blast enters. This kind of boiler has a large resistance and requires forced blast. The coal slag burned is discharged from the back of the grate through the “eagle beak iron” and sent out of the furnace by the slag machine. The flue gas travels from the back of the boiler through the one-pass flue pipe of the drum, returns to the back from the two-pass flue pipe, and then enters the dust collector to separate the ash, and then is discharged from the chimney through the induced draft fan. The induced draft fan is not only to exhaust the flue gas, but also necessary for the negative pressure operation of the boiler. The steam boiler is a pressure vessel, and safety devices are necessary. The boiler must have a water level gauge, a pressure gauge, a safety valve, a thermometer, an electric water pump that can replenish water under pressure, and a steam pump that can be used even when the power is off. The boiler water must be softened, and there are water treatment equipment.
