This regulation is the guarantee of the basic safety performance of fixed pressure vessels, and also the safety requirements that must be met and reached. Other standards shall not be lower than the provisions of this regulation

How to deal with non-compliance with this regulation:

Refers to the “three new” test and research data report to the AQSIQ entrusted technical agency for review and processing, and the results are approved by the AQSIQ for trial production
