The reaction eventually forms a hard and dense scale on the heating surface, resulting in reduced heat transfer and corrosion factors under the scale, which will reduce the heat absorption of the boiler water-cooled fireplace and increase the outlet temperature of the boiler, which will increase the loss of the boiler.

At the same time, scaling in the water wall reduces the heat transfer effect, which may cause the temperature of the water wall to increase and cause the water wall to burst, affecting the safe operation of the boiler. Scale is the “first of all hazards” of boilers and the main cause of boiler accidents. Its hazards are mainly manifested in the waste of a lot of fuel.

Because the thermal conductivity of scale is only one-tenth of that of steel, heat transfer will be hindered when the heated surface is scaled. In order to maintain a certain output of the boiler, the temperature on the fire side must be increased to allow outward radiation and smoke exhaust.

Cause heat loss. It is now possible to use high-efficiency environmentally friendly non-corrosive cleaning agents to clean the gas boiler, so that the equipment tubes are exposed to the original metal color and reduce the impact of scaling and biological algae sludge. At the same time, it has a peeling effect on iron oxide and iron oxide, which can prolong the service life of gas boilers, reduce energy consumption, and increase productivity.
