Autoclave Installation Method

Autoclaves are special equipment. Therefore, the installation and construction unit must be a unit that has been reviewed and approved by the boiler and pressure vessel supervision department of the province, city, or autonomous region, that is, the certificate holder. Or users can install by themselves, in addition to submitting to the superior authority for approval, they must also be approved by the provincial boiler and pressure vessel supervision department, that is, the provincial supervision and inspection department must approve the qualification of the self-installing unit before installing it. Autoclaves of various specifications are generally divided into multiple pieces and shipped to users. The user should promptly check the parts when the goods arrive. In the inventory process, if missing parts or deformation or damage that endanger the normal use and safety of the autoclave are found due to transportation, it must be repaired before installation and use.

If the autoclave is installed by the installation unit, the inventory, inspection and acceptance must be carried out at the same time as the installation construction unit, and after the inventory and acceptance are correct, the installation drawings and technical documents together with the autoclave should be submitted to the installation unit . However, the installation unit should also deliver the above-mentioned materials, installation quality certificate, installation data, etc. to the user after the installation.

When the autoclave body is placed on site, two supports should be used to support it. The support and the kettle body should be in uniform contact. The distance between the two supports is about 3/5 of the length of the kettle and should be arranged symmetrically. For those not to be installed temporarily, at least four supports should be evenly arranged. The end face of the supports should be no more than 2.5m. The supports and the kettle body should be evenly contacted. The purpose of this is to prevent the kettle body from deforming. In addition, measures to prevent corrosion should be taken.
