Boiler water shortage can be divided into two situations, one is slight water shortage and the other is severe water shortage.
If the water level is below the specified minimum water level but the water level can still be seen, or the water level is no longer visible and the water buckle is called by the "water method", the water level can be seen as a slight water shortage.
If the water level is no longer visible, but the water level is still not visible with the "water method", it is a serious water shortage.
Water shortage treatment method:
(1) If the water level is only lower than the normal water level, but it can still be seen, the water level gauge should be strengthened to restore the normal water level.
(2) Check the water supply and water replenishment systems to see if there are any damage or water leakage. If the problem is serious, stop the furnace for treatment.
(3) When the water level is still not visible after the "water calling method" and the flushing water level gauge are used, a serious water shortage accident may occur. The furnace should be shut down immediately, and the fire should be quickly extinguished to find the cause.
There is also a procedure called water: first open the water cock, close the steam cock, flush the water connecting pipe, and then slowly close the water cock, pay attention to whether water enters the boiler water level gauge, this method is called "water method"
