Boiler Test-How to test boiler before firing

1. Before starting the boiler, first check all the accessories and auxiliary equipment of the boiler to check whether the opening and closing positions of the valves are correct (the valve should be closed: natural gas pressure reducing valve front cut, vent gas control valve front cut, boiler steam Shut-off valve, feed water shut-off valve, each guide shower and drain valve. Valves should be opened: boiler gas vent valve, steam vent valve, boiler liquid level gauge root valve, pressure gauge root valve, fan bearing cooling water valve, etc.), each pressure The table indicates whether it is correct.
2. Check whether the power supply, natural gas, instrument air, etc. meet the boiler operation requirements.
3. Boiler feed water. The boiler establishes a liquid level (around 50%).
4. Send power to the boiler control cabinet. If it is an "automatic" program to start the furnace, turn on the power switch to enable the computer controller to be powered on and display.
5. Cut the gas supply before opening the pressure reducing valve of the natural gas main pipe, replace it with the vent valve for 2 to 3 minutes, and close the vent valve.
6. Set the combustion "hand/auto" knob to "auto", the "run/drain" knob to "run", press the computer controller "on" button, the "burner on" indicator light is on, and the computer is working status.
7. Start the "induced draft fan" and start the "burner" to ventilate and purge the furnace. At this time, the computer controller enters the working program. The ignition process is automatically completed by the "combustion controller" in about 1.5 minutes. If the ignition is unsuccessful, you need to press the "combustion fault reset" button to enter the automatic ignition procedure again
