Boiler Ignition-How to fire the boiler

Boiler ignition refers to the process of opening the pilot fuel valve through the igniter and pilot fuel after the boiler ignition preparation is completed, then turning on the ignition switch, and turning off the ignition system after the combustion flame is stable and normal.

Purpose: to pressurize and heat up the inside of the boiler, so that the boiler fuel can enter the furnace to stably ignite and burn stably

Preparation before ignition: The flue baffle and air duct baffle must be opened, and ventilated for 10-15 minutes to introduce fresh air and remove the remaining combustible gas in the furnace and flue.
(Ignition failure: quickly close the pilot fuel valve, find out the reason and deal with it properly, increase the air distribution, and re-ignite after removing the combustible gas in the furnace)
Boiler ignition refers to the ignition source through the boiler.
