1. Purpose of combustion adjustment

On the basis of the quantity of steam required by the external electric load and qualified steam quality, the safety of the boiler is guaranteed. Economic and environmentally friendly operation. Specifically divided into:

1. Improve the economy of boiler operation:

1) Various losses should be minimized through optimization and adjustment of operation to improve the efficiency of the boiler;

2) Optimize coal blending method to improve boiler operation economy;

3) Ensure the normal and stable steam pressure, steam temperature and evaporation capacity of the boiler, reduce the desuperheating water flow of the reheater, so as to improve the thermal efficiency of the whole unit;
— The specific impacts are as follows: —

Every 10℃ decrease in main steam temperature will affect the coal consumption of power supply by 0.93g/kwh,

Every 10℃ decrease in the temperature of the reheater will affect the coal consumption of power supply by 0.75g/kwh;

Each increase of 10t/h of superheater desuperheating water flow will affect the coal consumption of power supply by 0.08~0.12g/kwh;

Each increase of 10t/h of reheater desuperheating water flow will affect the coal consumption of power supply by 0.52~0.63g/kwh.

 

2. Improve the safety of boiler operation through optimization and adjustment of combustion

1) Improve the stability of boiler operation;

2) Yes, the boiler burns completely, and the flame fills the furnace evenly to prevent the flame from deflecting when the boiler runs;

3) Reduce the deviation of smoke temperature at the exit of the horizontal flue;

4) Reduce the reducing atmosphere around the water wall;

5) Prevent overheating of water wall, superheater and reheater
3. Minimize the emission of pollutants in the combustion process.

The main combustion area adopts an excess air coefficient lower than 0.8~0.9 to maintain a reducing atmosphere, and a balance valve is fed into the burn-out tuyere to achieve complete combustion; a combustion tuyere is set on the uppermost layer to organize staged combustion in the whole furnace to further reduce Nox generate;
