How to clear thermal Oil Boiler

Thermal oil anti-coking and anti-scaling technology

1. Deteriorating oil quality accelerates boiler carbon deposition and coking

During the use of the heat-conducting oil boiler, the chemical composition of the heat-conducting oil is prone to high-temperature oxidation, cracking and decomposition, and thermal condensation and other chemical reactions due to heating, which makes the oil gelatinized. The coke particles produced by the polycondensation reaction greatly increase the residual carbon value of the heat transfer oil and form tar oil carbon scale on the heat transfer surface.

2. Oil and carbon dirt endangers the safe operation of boilers

The oil carbon scale formed by the coking of the heat transfer oil not only greatly reduces the heat transfer efficiency of the heat transfer oil boiler, and greatly increases the energy consumption cost, but also can cause high temperature corrosion of the heat transfer oil boiler metal and corrosion damage under the scale, causing damage to the furnace tube metal. Corrosion holes can burn the furnace tube in severe cases, and the leakage of heat-conducting oil can cause major accidents such as fire and personal injury.
