1. Platform, support frame, escalator, baluster, column and baffle du, etc., should be firmly welded after installation of straight.
The surface of the joint weld shall be smooth.
The platform, escalator and footboard shall be reliable and non-skid;2. The length of the escalator shall be arbitrarily cut short and lengthened, and the slope of the escalator and the distance between the upper and lower pedal and the connecting platform shall not be arbitrarily changed.3. No holes should be cut arbitrarily on the platform, escalator, support and other components.
When cutting is needed, it should be reinforced after cutting.
3.0.2 When installing the steel frame, it is advisable to determine the 1m elevation line on the pillar according to the bracket and column elevation.
When aligning the columns, the 1m elevation of each column shall be measured according to the datum point of elevation on the operating layer of the boiler room.
The 1m elevation line on the column shall be used as the reference elevation for the installation of each boiler component, component and test.
3.0.3 Allowable deviation of steel frame installation and detection position shall comply with the provisions of Table 3.0.3.
3.0.4 When there is a grouting layer between the base plate and the foundation surface, the thickness shall not be less than 50mm.
3.0.5 After aligning the column, the foot of the column should be fixed on the foundation.
When the embedded reinforcement is to be welded and fixed, the reinforcement should be bent and pressed against the foot of the column, and the weld length should be 6 ~ 8 times of the diameter of the embedded reinforcement.
3.0.6 Platforms, struts, escalators, railings, columns and baffles shall be firmly welded after being installed straight.
The spacing between railings and columns should be even;
The surface of the joint weld shall be smooth.
The platform, escalator and footboard shall be reliable and non-skid;
3.0.7 The length of the escalator shall be cut and lengthened arbitrarily, and the slope of the escalator and the distance between the upper and lower pedal and the connecting platform shall not be changed arbitrarily.
3.0.8 In the platform, escalator, support and other components, should not arbitrarily cut holes.
When cutting is needed, it should be reinforced after cutting.
